Meet the Team
Co-Founder, Director of Learning
Alissa Lukovics
Alissa has a robust background in education, including 10+ years of high school classroom instruction, curriculum development, and new educator coaching. She has led learning experience design for higher education institutions and spearheaded major Change Management for both school districts and SMBs. She is a dynamic workshop designer, facilitator, curriculum developer, consultant, and coach with a passion for generating and quantifying impact.
Alissa believes that meaningful change and growth for individuals, teams, and companies is dependent on effective learning design.
Nick has over 15 years of experience in enterprise design, operational change, and product management at companies such as IBM, Meta, InVision, and Bill. He has worked as a design system consultant and leads large-scale learning implementations for enterprise businesses. His passion for education and high-quality learning design led him to found Austin Spark League, a STEM summer camp for middle and high school aged students.
Nick believes that great leaders are both teachers and life-long learners.
